If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, your deposit is 100% refundable. After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the full cost of the reservation will be charged, minus the cleaning fee.

In the event of a hurricane or severe weather conditions, we follow local guidelines and government advisories. If a mandatory evacuation is issued, we will offer a full refund for any nights affected by the evacuation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen weather-related issues.

Yes - we provide the option to heat the pool. It costs $100 per day and has a max temp of 88°. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this amenity.

The property is ideally located at 1502A E Ashley Ave, a quick 7-minute ride to downtown Folly Beach. For a fun adventure, we recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area.
